Quality invariants
Design quality and UI consistency are invariants, not tradeable variables. Speed never justifies a visual shortcut, an inconsistent interface pattern, or a component that departs from the established design tokens. Working functionality is required in every deliverable. Synthetic mockups, placeholder features, and screens that imitate behavior without performing it are prohibited.
Each sprint is reviewed against these invariants before it is presented. A sprint that breaks design consistency or substitutes mockups for real functionality is not complete, regardless of its schedule.
Scope boundaries
01
Working components are not rewritten unless a defined sprint objective requires it. Stable code stays stable.
02
Changes unrelated to the current sprint's agreed scope are not made, even when they appear beneficial.
03
A clear, consistent project structure is maintained so each sprint builds on the last without accumulating drift.
