Reporting parameters
After each sprint, a concise report states the sprint objective and the testing results. Results reflect verification states at the specific milestone boundary, not a guarantee of future behavior.
Each report is written against the agreed scope for that sprint. Functionality is tested for behavior and responsiveness at sprint end, and any failed checks are recorded in the same report.
Milestone boundaries
Outstanding defects and technical blockers are published openly in every sprint report. Next sprint goals are tentative until formally reviewed and accepted.
Outstanding issues
Every open defect and technical blocker is listed in the sprint report, with its current status.
Next objectives
Next sprint objectives remain provisional until they pass formal review and stakeholder acceptance.
Verification scope
Reported results apply only to the tested milestone boundary and do not extend to unscoped work.
