Verification runbook
Run these steps in order at the end of every sprint before requesting approval.
Review all implemented features
Walk every feature delivered in the sprint against its agreed acceptance criteria. Confirm each item is working, not mocked.
Test functionality and responsiveness
Exercise each function end to end, then check layouts at desktop, tablet, and mobile widths.
Identify and fix errors
Log every defect found, resolve it at its source, and retest until the behaviour matches the acceptance criteria.

Regression and consistency checks
Design consistency
Compare new screens with previously completed work for shared tokens, spacing, typography, and component patterns.
Existing functionality intact
Re-run prior sprint checks to confirm that earlier features still behave as they did when approved.
Record before approval
Update the record of completed work and remaining requirements before presenting results for review.
